BORN TO BE WILD follows the lives of orphaned orangutans and elephants, from birth to their rebirth into the wild. This heartwarming adventure transports moviegoers into the lush rainforests of Borneo with world-renowned primatologist Dr. Biruté Mary Galdikas, and across the rugged Kenyan savannah with celebrated elephant authority Dame Daphne M. Sheldrick. These teams save endangered species one life at a time as they rescue, rehabilitate and return these incredible animals back to the wild. This family friendly documentary will transport moviegoers around the world to the far stretches of Kenya and Borneo and will inspire them to take action and save earth's precious creatures.
The many ongoing exhibitions and galleries at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center include "Tinkering Studio," "Cellular Journey," "Block Busters!," "So WATT! An Illuminating Look at Energy," "Kid City," "San Diego's Water: From Source to Tap," "Aging for All Ages," "Origins in Space," "Gallery of Illusions & Perceptions," and "Geometry Playground" (through June 10). FYI, "Grossology!," our most popular exhibit ever, returns May 26!
